Develop individually defined benchmarks together with the advertiser and agency

Integrate a range of criteria for optimum benchmarking such as marketing and media objectives, media strategy, environment (media and competitors), timing and processes (internal/external)

Establish transparent and comparable measures

Cover quantitative and qualitative measures, internal and external criteria, historic, current and future measures.


Using our proprietary 'Benchmark System' we will compare selected measures internally versus plan, versus other brands, historic performance as well as externally versus competition, media inflation and market norms.
